Edelweiss Air extends newspaper service agreement with CGS

Edelweiss Air and CGS Customer Ground Service Ltd. have extended their agreement under which CGS procures and supplies newspapers for the airline for a further four years. Edelweiss Air is one of the CGS “Newspapers” business unit’s biggest customers, and the extension to the present accord substantially strengthens CGS’s position in this market segment.

The agreement covers the provision of newspaper services by both CGS Zurich and CGS Geneva. CGS won the contract extension (following a corresponding tender invitation from Edelweiss Air) by offering the best value-for-money among all the bids submitted.
